We designed this Samsung QLED NEO series to be installed inside an area designated for this tv. We worked with the designer to make sure this would fit and purchased the TV and Soundbar to ensure it would check well before to confirm the exact dimensions would fit perfectly. We have for a long time been installing Door/Gate Communication Devices. This one is by Control4 and we can trigger a door to open for the Dog Walker, or Cleaning Crew, or anybody you wish from a Numeric Pad. Before our client hired us if they wanted to know which Security breach they had an issue with they would have to go to the nearest Alarm Keypad and check. Checking zone breaches from those keypads is challenging on a 2" screen. If you allow us to design for you the right system see what you can do right from your TV. Paul Lafrance on HGTV Canada came to visit our showroom. Lafrance hosts several shows, including Decked Out, Deck Wars, Celebrity, etc. I also learned we had some common interests in music, and listening to our Outdoor Speakers and I also got an opportunity to demonstrate the Outdoor Lighting Package we had displayed. Then I gave him the experience inside our Showroom with our Video and Audio Display of Media Over IP TV Distribution which is State-Of-The-Art Technology, and I turned on a Sound Track from Stingray Concert Collection he hung for around twenty minutes. 

Meeting Mike Holmes son Mike Holmes Jr and his family. Mike Holmes obviously raised his children well and I found his son Jr to be a very cool guy. He loved our unit and enjoyed our Smart Glass, Media Solution and showed him what we do.

The family can roast popcorn in the Theater Space, grab the Home Theater Remote Control and Push One Button we named Watch, they have Apple TV, 5 Rogers Cable Receivers, PS4 and more. This room boasts a Beefy Sony Laser Projector on a 165" Fixed 4K Reference Screen. The Speakers are Monitor Audio a 13.2 Speaker Package. We have Wall Treatment by Kinetics Noise Control. The Acoustical Performance within this room is nice.

We have many years of experience and work with all major manufacturers to name a couple we specialized with in the past Crestron, Control4 and Elan Home Control.

Over the previous several we found Control4 offers our clients everything so we find it a perfect marriage. If there is a client that is special and wants something different, more customized then we go to Crestron as they are the Catalyst in Customization.

In the latest note by Steven Rotenberg, he writes that in the past two years during the Covid Pandemic there have been huge supply issues from every single manufacturer we deal with. Shortage of Components, chips that are the brains of the gear that they make. Or transportation issues, backlogged ports, trucking shortages.

We are not in control of this, and I would like to apologize to any client I ever had to ask them to wait for the product to arrive, or that product has been discontinued.  We will have to ride the wave for quite some time, as what we remember before Covid times will take time to get fixed. If you buying Appliances, you have been told 2023/24 expected delivery.

We were wondering what companies are doing to prevent the Chipset issues. We met with one recently we do work with and they have assured us that this will not be a problem for them much longer, their new Control Systems will be using a board that is configurable to multiple chips. Every single manufacturer using the same chips? What is that about? A fire at a factory owned by the sole provider of vital technology used by every industry and exacerbated an entire Global World? WOW!
